Details:
AWACS help says "Very bad at attacking AEGIS", despite it having no attack
ability.
This is because it has the AirUnit user flag, which has no effect on it except
the help.
The flag should be removed from AWACS (and renamed to AirAttacker to make its
purpose clearer).
