Details:
When building Freeciv with the Qt 4 client, it assumes that the only possible
locations for the Qt libraries are the standard system directories and
"/usr/lib/qt4". On my system, all 64-bit (native) libraries are under
"/usr/lib64", meaning that Qt 4 is under "/usr/lib64/qt4", which is not in the
hardcoded list of directories to search. This causes the build to fail during
./configure.
