Follow-up Comment #3, patch #3793 (project freeciv):
Help on "Combat" needs an overhaul in light of the combat bonuses framework
(patch #3548).
Various references in helpdata.txt to 'default ruleset'. Should probably now
refer to 'classic ruleset'.
