Just tried this with both cproc's r24327 test build
<http://download.gna.org/freeciv/packages/windows/testing/S2_4-r24327/> and
cazfi's r24328 crosser build, and neither showed any funny messages in the
chat window (and the text display looked OK).
Close as probably fixed by some Gtk upgrade?
