Details:
I send the ruleset of a very rare and peculiar "race" of people that lives in
certain zones of southern France and northern Spain.Never a nation itself, but
rumors says that they were descendents of the catars. Although, there are very
diverse rumors about them...and neither positive.I think it is worthy to known
their history and the mistery of their inexplicable margination.
