Details:
Somewhat related to bug #21474, but handled separately so that existing part
of the fix can go forward (this is *not* an reggression caused by the fix,
though it changes the details a bit)
S2_5/TRUNK modpack installer binary is named as freeciv-mp-<gui>(.exe). Our
installation tries to launch freeciv-modpack.exe.
