Details:
Sometimes client sends S_LAST as no target at all for unit activity. Server
handles it as extra index, and S_LAST is legal one.
Attached fix makes client to send EXTRA_NONE in these cases, and makes server
to handle values outside legal extra index range, such as that EXTRA_NONE.
