Windows 7 64-bit with 8GB RAM, installed with "Freeciv-2.4.0-win32-gtk2-setup"
downloaded from the link on freeciv.org.
Bug occurred when running mapsize=number of tiles and number of tiles=2048.
Bug also occurs when setting mapsize=xandy with x and y set to 1000 each.
