Follow-up Comment #5, patch #4072 (project freeciv):
I had brief opportunity to test building windows installer with this patch -
it failed. Apparently more changes are needed in addition to removal of hack
to copy docs from source directory. Attached is a new version, but I had no
chance to test windows installer build with this updated version yet.
