Details:
Sell an improvement/building from the city window seems impossible in this
version :
the tooltip tells to "Press ENTER or double-clic to sell an improvement", but
doing so only open the improvement help window.
This occurs with Freeciv 2.4.0-beta2 compiled from sources (i only built Gtk3
interface).
