Details:
Add note about gtk3-client's CRASH bug to README.packaging so packagers know
to select gtk2-client rather than gtk3-client if their distribution happens to
be affected.
The Crash is blocker for final 2.4.0. It's not regression since beta1 so we
can release beta2 with it, but it must be documented there.
