Follow-up Comment #9, patch #3835 (project freeciv):
Reading the patch once more, I noticed that for requirements to be considered
opposites they should have same 'survives'. I'm 95% sure 'survives' shouldn't
matter here. Of course, 5% is still a big uncertainty.
