Follow-up Comment #2, patch #3836 (project freeciv):
- I'm not native speaker but "...on a tile in the city" sounds confusing.
Maybe something like "...on a tile within city range"?
- I think recent change to ruleset boolean handling made '0' and '1' illegal
values for 'negated'. TRUE or FALSE must be used.
