Follow-up Comment #1, bug #20652 (project freeciv):
Managed to reproduce.
- Punit seems ok Caravan
- Homecity is 0
- birth_turn is 145, game.info.year 438
- owner != nationality
I suspect last bit to be the key. When unit changed hands (presumably because
city changed hands) it got no homecity assigned?
