Details:
Units randomly changing the direction they face when mouse movement over
worklist forces them to refresh looks just stupid. Use fixed direction, south,
for them.
This really fixes gtk2-client only. Lowlevel functions identical to
gtk2-client were changed in gtk3-client with identical modification, but those
are not used in worklist display in gtk3-client.
