Details:
Just for additional immersion, upon inciting a revolution (or perhaps upon
choosing a new government type) the user should be given the option of
changing player name. Similarly, AI players should be able to select a new
name when they revolt.
This would make the game feel a little bit more real. It always struck me as
odd that a deposed leader would wind up still running the country.
