Follow-up Comment #1, patch #3462 (project freeciv):
Do we want a "win32-S2_4" tag for 2.4.0-betaX/rcX, rather than plain "win32"?
When 2.5.0-beta1 comes round, we presumably want all the 2.4.x Windows builds
to display the current stable Win32 release, not the betas. Is that what
"win32" will mean -- _stable_ win32 release?
(Also, I notice that the "There is no newer %s release of freeciv available"
is i18n'd, but the tag "stable" of course is not. Not sure we can reasonably
fix that, so perhaps need translators to add scare quotes '%s'.)
