Placeholder for known issue:
The Cimpletoon tileset is not currently usable with rulesets containing
Fundamentalism (civ2/multiplayer/civ2civ3), as while it has Fanatics, it still
lacks Elephants and Crusaders.
We're still in contact with the original artist, "yd", but he won't be able to
help until at least the autumn.
