Details:
This patch adds --enable-crosser configure option to make usage of crosser
builds easier. I have to admit that crosser is such almost-personal special
case that I would rather not include anything specific to it to freeciv
proper, but keeping this as local patch applied before crosser builds has
drawbacks too. I use --enable-svnrev to get version number with svn revision.
That breaks if I'm not building from clean checkout, i.e., if I apply any
local patches.
With --enable-crosser default data path contains "../share/freeciv" -> it's
not necessary to set FREECIV_PATH and friends manually -> *all* parts of
default data path are used -> modpacks installed with freeciv-modpack work.
