Goran Rakić (User:Grakic on wiki <http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/User:Grakic>)
has made a partial translation of Freeciv into Serbian. He's not actively
working on it; it's at about 33% (with lots of fuzzies); but nevertheless, it
is probably better off in our SVN than in hiding on his website
(http://goranrakic.com/tmp/freeciv-sr.zip).
Attached the original ZIP file (containing sr.po, compiled versions, README,
and extra localisations for Gtk to add to our Windows install), for posterity,
and (soon) the sr.po file I intend to actually commit (with some material from
the README moved into comments in sr.po).
