Details:
Noticed in passing. It was called my_snprintf() on this branch.
This is in code only invoked when HAVE_WORKING_FORK isn't defined and
WIN32_NATIVE is defined; I assume this is the case when we build our Windows
executables.
Introduced in a backport in bug #18406. That's since 2.2.7; maybe it would
have tripped us up had we ever got round to building 2.2.8 packages.
Untested trivial patch attached.
