Details:
Nobody has stepped up to maintaining gui-ftwl in a very long time. I think
it's finally time to clean freeciv svn tree by removing it from trunk.

utility/ftwl
doc/README.ftwl
doc/man/freeciv-ftwl.6
data/themes/gui-ftwl
