Follow-up Comment #5, bug #19219 (project freeciv): You are welcome to debug this issue on the longturn ltex23 server.
The rulesets can be downloaded at git clone git://git.longturn.org/lt_scripts.git. By registering on the longturn.org site and then joining the ltex23 game you will be able to manage one of the two accounts that are currently broken. (kevin551 and afkaew). Announce you wish to debug my account and I will delegate it to you. Both these players are now using modified gtk clients.
