Details:
This patch adds Qt based module installer. Its build can be selected with
--enable-fcmp=qt, one cannot build both gtk and qt module installers
simulataneously at the moment.
This is just the initial version. One can install modpack with it by typing
the URL, There is no modpack list functionality.
