Details:
This patch makes several menu items to get name of road types from road
structures instead of using hardcoded names. Both "Build xxx" and "Connect
With xxx" are handled that way in gtk-2.0, gtk-3.0 and sdl (not tested)
clients. I've not touched xaw-client (it seems to have equally lacking support
for generic base types)
