Details:
In the Gtk client, messages from the server have two associated buttons:
"Goto _Location" and "Inspect _City". The latter clashes with other shortcuts
and so is ineffective:
* When the message is displayed in the F9 window, it clashes with the
"_Combat" menu;
* When the message is popped up in its own window, it clashes with the
"_Close" button. (This accelerator is probably assigned by Gtk.)
