Follow-up Comment #5, bug #18044 (project freeciv):
Still a few notes on this topic...
"Unload all" command works properly only once a ship enters the city. So, to
get rid of those units you have to find a city. In a situation of a limited
ship capacity, e.g., trireme and caravel, it really makes a difference whether
you have one spare place or not.
I would not mind AI putting its units aboard but only if I see that it has
some purpose. What I see is that AI just keeps units on a ship without any
specific reason.
