Follow-up Comment #7, bug #17515 (project freeciv):
I figured out how to upload things to download.gna.org, so I had a play
around. Best I could manage was to call it "Readme" rather than "README".
I've kicked sr #1899, which is one of a series of Gna support requests on
this topic, but I'm not hopeful of a response.
