Details:
It seems just extra work to confirm that I really want to quit
freeciv-modpack after I have already finished installing of modpack.
Attached patch makes freeciv-modpack to popup confirmation dialog about
quitting only when user is about to abort installation currently in progress.
Otherwise it just quits with one click.
