Details:
Patch #2491 enabled use of large flag sprites for the Amplio2 ruleset.
Unfortunately, it seems that the SDL client hardcodes an assumption about how
big flag sprites are (among many other assumptions), and in the nations report
it applies a fixed scaling factor, so the flags end up overlapping each other
and you can't see the coloured lines that show the diplomatic status.
