And that's supposed to be a good thing? Most players won't be able to
pronounce or even less remember a single one of the names of their cities! ;)
Joke aside, you're free to give it a go. The first hurdle to overcome is to
figure out the orthography to use. Pretty much all of the articles I read
while putting together the ruleset used raw phonetic notation for native
names: either IPA or the 'Americanist' system.
