Follow-up Comment #13, bug #17496 (project freeciv):
configure was OK but compilation failed due to a variable name error. The
updated patch insludes:
* fix variable name (GUI_qt_CPPFLAGS => GUI_qt_CXXFLAGS)
* remove additional message
* add LIBSADD=" -lQtGui" if nothing is set (needed?)
