Details:
- Make Warlord/Warlady default title for Anarchy
- Translated some titles into English
- Removed some titles that were untranslatable and did not make sense to use
as-is in English
- Some more consistent application of titles, e.g. Prime Minister always
indicates Democracy
- Expanded the use of some titles
- Typo fixes
