Details:
Server switches to default ruleset without any explanation:
>3: Reading registry from
"/home/heilkitty/.freeciv/scenarios/earth-160x90-exp.sav"
>2: loading savefile in old format ...
>2: Loading rulesets
>3: Trying "default/techs.ruleset".
I'm aware that attached scenarios may be incompatible with rulesets (I've
changed only rulesetdir there), nevertheless server's silent behaviour seems
wrong.
Haven't tested 2.1 for now.
