Follow-up Comment #8, patch #1416 (project freeciv):
I was using the same svg file from Wikipedia. :-)
I like it okay. I liked the non-3:2 file better; I personally enjoy looking
at flags that have different aspect ratios. If freeciv wants 3:2 however I
guess we should use that.
I'll put this stuff back together later today and resubmit.
