I apologize if I'm not doing this right, this is my first patch submission
and I'm following the Wiki.
I have made a patch to add the "Acadian" nation to Freeciv. Acadians are an
ethnic group mostly concentrated in the Canadian Maritimes and in Louisiana
(where they are called "Cajuns") that organized their society often on the
margins of the governments of the day, be it French, British, Canadian or
American. They are not and have never had an independent state however. The
most Acadia has been on an official level is a colony. As such, I put them
down in the "American" group.
Attached to this ticket is the SVN diff for the patch, which adds "acadian"
as a conflicting nation for the French and the Canadians, and also adds
Acadians as a civil war nation for Canadians. It also updates files for the
flags and the nation list.
