Details:
* According to the coding style, renames genlist_free() genlist_destroy().
* Renames genlist_unlink() genlist_remove().
* Adds an optional free_data_func (such as for hash table), called for every
removed element.
* Adds genlist_unique() function.
* Adds some assertions.
* Use the new code for registry.c (entry and section) and shared.c
(datafileinfo).
