Details:
Most parts of the UI and code refer to a city which has had happy > content
citizens and no unhappy citizens for more than one turn as "celebrating"
(e.g. client/gui-gtk-2.0/citydlg.c:city_dialog_update_title()). However, a
few refer to this state as "rapture" (e.g. cityrepdata.c), a term which
others use to describe one possible effect of this state, being the effect of
growing once every turn as in Republic and Democracy. (Of course this effect
isn't a necessary outcome of that state -- under other governments you get
things like trade bonuses.)
Standardise terminology on "celebrating" for happy cities, and "rapture" for
growing cities.
Similarly, standardise on "disorder" for unhappy cities, "revolt" for what
diplomats/spies incite, and "revolution" for overthrow of government.
