In the help of the program, in the section Terrain -> Terrain
Alterations, there is that string to translate:
- Settlers and Workers have a limited range of alterations available
to them, initiated by attempting to mine or irrigate the terrain; see
the table below. (Such "irrigation" does not require a water source.)
Is this correct? Really irrigating a tile doesn't require a source of
water?
