+Needs at least three more leaders
*In the legend, removed the tilde from São and added a trans comment.
(Translated strings may only contain ascii.)
*Added Brazil as conflicting nation. (São Paulo is a part of modern Brazil
so the two should not be in the same game from the beginning.)
*Changed flag name to 'saopaulo'. (Flags names should always be toponyms, if
possible.)
*Fixed some typos.
