Uh, I think I already submitted this patch, but cannot find it now. Sorry if
this is duplicate.
Rename civserver binary as freeciv-server. Originally requested by Daniel.
After applying this patch one should rename doc/man/civserver.6 as
doc/man/freeciv-server.6
