Details:
Following the changes for the bug #13891, a protocol server-client was
requested. The client sending its ability to handle featured text and the
server removing the tags if requested.
Working on that, I found an easy solution which doesn't spend server CPU.
Because the gtk2 client still needs to convert the featured text in plain
text for displaying on the message box or the window popups (and maybe those
cases could be implemented later), the featured_text is always sent to the
client. In handle_event(), plain_text and tags are split and both are sent
to all gui functions. The clients are free to takes care of the tags or
not.
