Follow-up Comment #4, bug #13805 (project freeciv):
remove all references to settings[] outside of settings.(c|h)
setting_by_number() and setting_number() by mbook
this patch also removes the extern flag to settings
this patch is on top of the first one; if needed I can
create a patch which includes both.
git is fine! I'm still finding new things ...
