Follow-up Comment #1, bug #13611 (project freeciv):
This doesn't apply any more.
Instead of creating new subdirectory under doc, health.txt should be named as
doc/README.health.
Noticed a couple of typos on health.txt:
'teh' -> 'the'
'agueduct' -> 'aqueduct'
