Attached please find my submission for an updated Canadian rule set. I have play-tested this version extensively at my place. If this meets with you approval, could this be included in the main distribution? BTW, are there any plans to reproduce the royal advisor movies from Civ 2 in Freeciv? I can do a passable Einstein for the science advisor.
