De boa, mas nao tem nda bugado no php dele. O erro anterior o preg_match eh exatamente com relacao ao Perl Compatible Regular Expression, que é modularizado no ports. Já o eputenv não tem nda a ver diretamente com o php, pois não faz parte do PHP, não é uma função built-in.
Niggas, sugiro que você verifique todas as dependencias do seu script sarg, se as diretivas de inclusao estão certas no arquivo de configuração.
