O que vc procura é CONFIGURAÇÃO, que está em /etc/postfix/main.cf e /etc/postfix/master.cf e nos vários tutoriais que surgiram.. e isso vale em QUALQUER SO (exceto o rwi..err.. hmm.. aquêle). por fim, se tudo o mais falhar, leia o manual (risos): http://www.postfix.org/ how-to, documentação variada e (claro) os FAQ's.
