Eu começaria verificando a parte física: Cabo ruim talvez com mal contato em 1 dos conectores, porta do switch com defeito. Nao resolvendo trocaria a 3com de slot, talvez ela esteja compartilhando irq com algum outro hardware que ela não conseguiu fazer amizade.
