Simplesmente porque os participantes seguem as regras da lista e da netiqueta e por ter um esquema bem interessante: qualquer resposta a uma pergunta feita na lista _obrigatoriamente_ _tem_ que ser enviada para o solicitante que, por sua vez, _tem_ a obrigação de enviar um sumário (com Subject: SUMMARY) de volta pra lista, com a(s) resposta(s) que resolveram o problema, incluindo referência ao(s) autor(es).
