Bom, a resposta esta toda escrita na mensagem de erro. Ele tah falando que a versao do seu config eh antiga, va no diretorio /usr/src/usr/sbin/config, de um make all install e ele vai instalar a versao mais nova do config. Depois disso, eh soh vc tentar compilar o kernel novamente.
